Do you charge for diagnostics?
No — diagnostics are always free. We'll tell you exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost before we do anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment due on completion for one-time jobs.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — all repairs carry a 90-day labour warranty. Same issue within 90 days? We fix it free.
Do you offer on-site service?
Yes, for networking, IT support and some repairs we come to you within the GTA. Travel fee may apply outside Toronto.
Can I see a quote before committing?
Absolutely. We provide a written quote for all project work before you approve anything.
How long does a website take?
Starter: 5–7 days. Business: 7–14 days. E-commerce: 14–21 days. Timelines assume prompt feedback.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects we offer 50% deposit / 50% on completion. Ask us about payment plans.
