Terms of Service

1. Services

DigitalFix provides computer repair, custom PC build, website design, web hosting, IT support, and networking services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days. Final pricing may vary if scope changes. You will be notified before any additional work is performed.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion for one-time jobs. Monthly services are billed in advance. We accept cash, e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

4. Warranty

All hardware repairs carry a 90-day labour warranty. Same fault within 90 days due to our workmanship? We fix it free. Does not cover new faults or physical damage.

5. Data & Backups

While we take precautions to protect your data, DigitalFix is not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up all data before any service.

6. Website & Hosting

Websites remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. DigitalFix retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalFix's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian law.
